Did you know that the light emitted from our homes, light bulbs and street lights are endangering ecosystems by harming animals whose life cycles depend on dark? If you step outside at night, it's often hard to see the stars very clearly. This phenomenon is known as "light pollution". It can even interfere with your circadian rhythm, which is the biochemical rhythm that affects our sleeping pattern. This is what we think it sounds like.

"Light Pollution" came to be when Marte told Stian to record an improvisation on his double bass. Studio magician Roar Nilsen provided some spicy effects, and it turned out to work great alongside Thomas' composition "Wakeful". Enjoy!
